Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location. If an item is confirmed missing, our team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The order was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period
  • The item received was damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was delivered
  • The order was lost during transit and confirmed by the carrier

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for sizing, color preferences, or change-of-mind purchases.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Requirements
